LOCATION
We take into consideration neighborhood schools, local services and site specific factors, including lot size and configuration, quality of neighborhood homes, proximity to local stores and services. We carefully consider the proximity of these key elements of urban living to maximize a buyer’s everyday living experience.
DESIGN
Less than 5% of all homes built in the United States are designed by architects for specific sites. We create each of our projects from scratch, designed to our exacting specifications that carefully adapt the building to the site and needs of modern living. Where it makes sense, we add built-ins to save space and increase functionality. That is why our customers tell us our homes feel larger, look better and live better than other homes that have more square footage.
QUALITY
Our quality is not skin deep. We have a large investment in the exterior “skin” of the home - siding materials, overhangs, exterior doors and windows are carefully detailed far above and beyond the standards of the industry to maximize house longevity and decrease long-term maintenance expenditures. Our interior craftsmanship is second to none, and features several signature items, which include master bath style, kitchen detail, built-ins and special decorative touches that distinguish our homes in the market.
